In the guide it says "You have to FLU to level 92. In the way to level 92, ALWAYS ADD +1 TO THE INTELIGENCE ATTRIBUTE." does this mean I just ad +1 to intelligence and thats it? any help would be appreciated

What am I doing wrong? When I first can level up in the Endar Spire, I FLU to level 15 and RLU to 16. But when I am done, I don't have any feats or skills.
