I got my Jedi Counsler 17 Solider 2 up to 100 stats on all and 100/50 points for all my skills anything more than this is a waste of time as you become a jedi god.  all your stats at 50 will do for wiping out the entire game.  Espically if you use the FLU to get the max lvl of all jedi powers!
