have you leveled or reloaded since your discovery?
i had a similar thing happen when FLUing Bastila but i went away when it loaded a new area.
well i didnt reload the game, but i did RLU and complete dantooine (i hadn't left the courtyard before the attribute glitch) and the feats were still there.
