I used your guide to play through the game once, and it worked beautifully - super jedi, super lightsaber crystals... everything. This was with the XBL update, mind.
I recently started a new game, and it was extraordinarily difficult just getting out of the Jedi academy. My game would constantly lock up when FLU'ing; the problem was so bad that after I made my Jedi team, I decided to forgo FLU's for the rest of the game, even at the cost of not having every Feat, Force power, etc. Well, I got to Tatooine, bought HK-47, and when it got to the party selection screen, I kept my current party members. HK-47 disappeared from the selection screen. I was ****ed, 'cos I had only found out he was gone after I walked out of the store, triggering the autosave, so I erased the entire KotOR file from my XBOX and started anew. Well, now it's even harder to FLU. Virtually every time I try it, my game locks up. For some reason, I was able to FLU enough to get off of the Endar Spire and onto Taris, where I got to Level 36 FLU before it froze on me again, and I haven't been able to do anything since.
I'm stumped, frankly. Anybody want to tell me what I can do to make this work without screwing up my game? And yes, I have been doing the glitch exactly right - I've done it before, worked fine, so it's not that. I noticed the first time I tried the Jedi God glitches that they were more likely to work at night (Pacific time zone, after 6 or 7 PM) - coincidence, or not? Help would be appreciated...

Im sorry,but Im not here to help you out because i don't know what to do,since I never expirienced this problem..Anyways,Im here to ask you something..if you would answere my question that would be great..
Is it worth using these FLU Glitches? because you said that your game started to freeze a lot the second time you tried playing it with these Glitches.
Will the game freeze if you don't try these Glitches the second time??
Hey why don't you try saving your swkoTOR game to a memory Card...maybe it freezes because it reads you first saved game with these Glitches..
