Why do I Loose my left over skills from 2305 Skls?

When I got to Taris,by the apartments,i killed does 3 bad guys..(2 Droids)(1 Sith)I followed the instructions,I FLU to lvl 92 and RLU at lvl 93...I didn't use all my Skills,it wouldn't let me...It says in Malak's Guid that if you click "Y",you shuold have some skills 100...but I have them 90-93-54..ect...but when I leved again after that....I didn't have my lasf over Skills...I had 2305 and used them to raise my Skills..I had like 1,000 left...but I had them no more....

The most you can raise a skill is 127, and the others will be 48-52 or something like that.
