You arn't supposed to have any extra feats or Skills.

-Follow these steps at the RLU of level 16: a. On Attributes screen press "Y" (yellow) button for recommended level up. b. On Skills screen press "Y" (yellow) button for recommended level up. c. On Feats screen press "Y" (yellow) button for recommended level up. d. Finish RLU. 7: You are a now a level 2 soldier with no additional feats, skills, or attributes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: YOU WILL ONLY USE THIS METHOD ( THE ONE OF USING RECOMMENDED LEVEL UP "Y" BUTTON AT THIS LEVEL UP TO GET THE SKILLS. ALL YOUR NEXT LEVEL UPS YOU WILL USE FLU NORMALLY TO GET THE MASTER FEATS. AND POWERS).

Well, I did it again on Endar Spire, FLU to 15, the RLU to 16. When I did the manual level up and the reccomended for the skills, feats, attributes, it was all good.

Then, I went to Taris and didnt get any of them. ----
You are not supposed to get any feats at all from the Endar Spire. None at all. It just gives you 2305 Skill points for your level up on Taris. All you are needed to do is FLU to level 15, and ONLY use the 'Y' button for recomended on feats skills and attributes. You then RLU to level 16 and become a level 2 char with no feats or skills. When you do the FLU and RLU on Taris you will have 2305 or more Skill Points to use. Thus why on Taris you FLU to level 92 then RLU to 93 so you can use the 2305 skills(Although you can FLU and RLU on a higher attribute level, i've done it.). Or most of them at least. Be sure to read the guide over a few times if you get confused or lost.
