There are many ways of getting the G-Droid glitch. I'll post the easiest: Do all planets except Kashyyk, then go to the Leviathan. When you've beaten it, and you meet up with everyone on the Ebon Hawk, talk to HK-47, and say "But I found you, you didn't find me" or whatever the exact line is. Normally this would trigger a speech from Jolee, but he's not in your party, so head to the cockpit to see the G-Droid.
