When i flu to lvl 92 on taris, i only have 257 skill points instead of 2305, why help please

When you create your character I think you need to ***skip your skill raises***. Then on Endar Spire, FLU to level 15 and RLU to level 16 like the guide says to. Then when you get to Taris you should have 2305 skill points available.
