I know you surposed to FLU untill lvl 14 then RLP to lvl 15. But
Feat is not there to get Master Flurry to stick.

dont worry just continue FLU until you get to a level where u can get the master feat, at that level you RLU. An example of this : RLU at level 18 so you get a master feat.
